Summary of Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyzing Investment opportunities
- Preparing financial models
- Analyzing financial statements
- Writing up investment applications and proposals
- Preparing Private Placement Memorandums, feasibility reports, presentations and writing business plans
- Corresponding with professional advisors as and when necessary
- Preparing progress reports for projects (post acquisition phase)
- Monitoring financial performance of projects (post acquisition phase) by periodically updating financial models
Licences, certificates, degrees or credentials in addition to expereince required for the job:

Minimum Bachelors degree in a relevant study area

Master Degree would be an advantage (MBA or Master in Finance)

CFA Level I, II or III or CPA would be an advantage
-
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar job
