Entertainment City is ADIH’s vision for a global mixed-use development initiative in emerging markets. Using Private Equity and Real Estate investment vehicles, the concept encompasses integrated entertainment components – using the advice of international leaders in the Entertainment Industry. It offers investors a focus on the diverse aspects of the creation and enjoyment of the Entertainment Industry.

The first of these Entertainment Cities is currently being developed in the Lusail Development, north of the Qatari capital, Doha, and is situated on the waterfront. Qatar Entertainment City, winner of the 2008 CNBC Arabia ‘Best Development – Qatar’ award, is considered to be a unique development within the GCC region. Spread over an area of approximately 1,000,000 sqm and enjoying a 1 km long waterfront, the project is intended to be an integral focal point of the grand Lusail Development as well as a “tourist engine” for the Qatari state as a whole.

India Entertainment city is a mixed use development with significant Entertainment content. This Entertainment content provides a distinctive theme and sense of place for the development as whole, adds interest and excitement, and delivers greater value to the scheme.
