Sunset Hills, a Private Equity fund, is led by ADIH as Lead Manager while Kuwaiti investment firm, Sorouh Investments acted as the Financial Advisor. The purpose is to fund the Sunset Hills mixed use project, located in the southern part of Bahrain, conveniently accessible 15 minutes from Manama, and 35 minutes from Bahrain International Airport.
