A US$ 49million fund dedicated to develop a Commercial Building in the heart of Abu Dhabi on one of the last remaining land plots on Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum Street (Airport Road).  The building consists of 19 floors together with 4 floors of basement parking and retail spaces in the ground and mezzanine floors.  The project aims to address the need for Grade “A” commercial space in one of the fastest growing cities in the world.

The Al Wataniya Development Fund  was closed in August 2009 after receiving significant interest from investors and the project is currently in execution phase.
